Glasses that were supposed to adjust but did nothing at all

I bought these glasses from clarityblueglassesshop.com because they claimed they would automatically adjust for near and far vision, plus act like sunglasses and filter UV. None of that happened.

The glasses didn’t change focus no matter what I looked at. They also didn’t get darker in bright light. I couldn’t even test the UV thing because they didn’t do the other two things.

I tried calling their support numbers—they had three different ones for different departments—but nobody ever answered. I called a few times over two days. Finally I just filed a dispute with my credit card company.
