Ordered glasses from an ad, got something completely different

I saw an ad for these glasses and placed an order. The money, $51, came out of my account right away. They came from an address in Betsytown, New Jersey.

What I got isn't what was advertised at all. The product is completely different. It didn't do what the ad said it would. I feel like I was tricked. I tried the phone number listed, 1-866-489-6102, but couldn't get through to anyone about it.
