Ordered glasses but got some warranty fee instead

I ordered from Clarityblu and spent $75. They sent me something that wasn't what I ordered. The rep told me it was a warranty I never added on and they kept the shipping fee too.

The website is Clarityblu and the email is [email protected]. Their address is 841 Fairmont Ave, Betsytown, NJ 07201. I called the number (866) 489-6102 but it didn't make sense what they said. Just feels like I got a counterfeit product and they won't fix it.
