Ordered a shirt from Clarkson NYC and got a cheap product that took a month to arrive

I ordered from Clarkson NYC because their catalogue shows nice quality men's clothing. It makes you think it's an American store, but they have no stores in the US. Everything is actually made and communicated from China.

It took a whole month to get my order. The shirt I got looks nothing like the quality in the catalogue picture. It's cheap. If you want to return something, they make you send everything back in the original shipping bag and you have to pay to ship it all the way back to China yourself. I paid $60 for this. The catalogue picture is on their site but what I got is completely different.
