Ordered high quality clothes but got cheap fakes instead

I saw the ad for clarkson-nyc.com and the clothes looked high quality. So I placed an order. The total came to $130.

What showed up was completely different. The clothing is very low quality, nothing like what was advertised. It feels fake.

Now I'm trying to return it. Their return policy is intentionally convoluted. They make it so difficult and expensive to send back that it's not even worth it. I feel completely cheated. The email I have is [email protected] but I don't get helpful replies.
