Getting fake cleaning calls that lead to someone else's home

I keep getting calls to my business from fake clients. They say they want a cleaning from Classic-Cleaning-Service-llc. The calls are from (572) 272-8771. This time they said they lived right down the road from me, at 49 fellowship ln in Blue Eye. They wanted a move out cleaning, said they were out of town and relocating.

I've gotten a lot of calls like this. They ask for an estimate and I give them one. I don't know how they benefit from it. But I ended up going to some lady's apartment at the same address this caller gave. She wasn't expecting anything. Didn't even know the caller. He said he was her son but she said he was someone who scammed her before.

He told me to hand her the phone. We kept it on speaker and he tried to get her new number and her bank info. I still don't get what they're getting out of this.
