Ordered an old movie and got a blank disc

I ordered an old movie from ClassicMovies and paid $17.89. The movie actually showed up, which was surprising. But when I went to play it, the disc was completely blank. Nothing on it. I paid for a movie and got a useless blank disc. It feels like a counterfeit.
