Free item offer but I only paid shipping and got nothing

I ordered from classypetlife.com back when they had a free item offer, you just pay for shipping. I paid the $18.90 for shipping and that was it.

Never got the item. Never got any tracking info either. I reached out to them and they just keep saying they're working on it. It's been almost 4 months now.

Their phone is (447) 360-2386 and email is [email protected]. Address shows Santa Clara, CA. Still nothing.

Facebook ad for a free item but charged me and never sent it

Saw a video on Facebook saying it was free today only. This was back in May and I still haven't seen the item. I keep emailing them at [email protected] and have all the emails still. Not once have they even said sorry or anything. They kept coming up with excuses. Haven't gotten to your order yet. Then I asked for my money back and they said they are still going through the process of giving me my money back. Not once have they called or emailed me back with anything real. It's always the same reply. I have another email of the whole thing. Lost $14.96.
