Facebook ad for a free item but charged me and never sent it

Saw a video on Facebook saying it was free today only. This was back in May and I still haven't seen the item. I keep emailing them at [email protected] and have all the emails still. Not once have they even said sorry or anything. They kept coming up with excuses. Haven't gotten to your order yet. Then I asked for my money back and they said they are still going through the process of giving me my money back. Not once have they called or emailed me back with anything real. It's always the same reply. I have another email of the whole thing. Lost $14.96.
