Ordered lotion online and never got anything

I ordered some lotion from a Facebook ad. Paid $45.39. Never got the product.

They sent me a couple emails but the tracking info was fake. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no help. Can't get my money back or the lotion. Just want a refund or the stuff I paid for.
