Ordered online, charged my account, but never got my product or any updates.

I placed an order online from CleoLifestyles.com and got an order number. I never got any email from the company to tell me it shipped. I emailed them at [email protected] three times. I called them more than four times. Every time they promised to call me back, but I never heard back from them.

I saw my account was debited $49.49 when I placed the order. There's no information about when I should get it or an estimated delivery date. They took my money but never sent me the product.
