Ordered clothes, got a fake tracking number and no refund

I ordered some clothing from Clevralook and never got it. They took $33.90 out of my checking account. I placed the order on December 4th and the money came out the next day.

They keep saying my package was delivered, but it wasn't. They gave me a tracking number that doesn't work anywhere except their own website. First they said it was shipping from the USA, then it turned out it was coming from China.

They offered to refund me 60% of what I paid, but that's it. I want my full money back for items I never received.
