Bought something called Jellylean and never got it, now they say I can't return it

I bought a product from a company that called itself Jellylean. After I paid, they said it was actually ClickBank. Their website is www.clickbank.com and the address they gave is 1444 south entertainment ave, Boise, ID 83709.

I never got the product. I paid $312 for it. Someone called me and asked for my bank info, then tried to get more money out of me. When I said no they just hung up.

Now they have a policy where you can return items for a refund. But since they never sent me anything, I can't return it. So I'm stuck with no product and no refund.
