Got a letter about loan help, gave my bank info, then closed my account

I got this letter in the mail about consolidating my student loans. I called the number to ask about it. They said they could pay most of my loans and put them all into one. They told me I had to make the first three payments biweekly, for $299 each. After that, it would be $49 a month.

I set it up to start on February 13th. But then I got a text saying they tried to take money from my account and it was declined. I had given them my bank routing and account number. They didn't get any money out, though. I closed my bank account that same day I first talked to them.
