Paid for AI software that didn't work, company kept part of my money
I ordered a program from Clone.online from one of their online events. The night I ordered, I couldn't pay the full $4,997 right away. So I paid $497 first, moved $4,500 to my credit card, and paid the rest a few days later.
The AI software just didn't perform well. I spent so much time trying to get anything useful back from it. I asked it several times to do specific tasks using my knowledge base and profile, and it would just give me a standard answer about sales pages. They told me it was because I was using German.
Now they refunded the $4,500, but they kept the rest of my money. They said there's only a seven-day return period. But how does that make sense if the whole payment was supposed to be refundable within 30 days? It feels like a scam. They kept nearly $500 for software that doesn't even work.
