Cloud Nine are thieves

Cloud Nine sent us the wrong size. Stuff happens, I get it. In order to exchange it you have to pay the return postage which was about $20 which we did. Then when the tracking number said it had been delivered Could Nine stated they cannot complete the exchange until I send them a copy of the postage receipt with the tracking number on it. They have the hoodie in question that cost $100 and won't send a the replacement because we don't have a reaccept that doesn't exist at this point. So we spent $100 plus tax on the hoodie, about $20 on return postage to get the correct size and Cloud Nine says no, we're going to keep your money and not send you what you ordered.

Bought a hoodie and they blamed me for not buying shipping protection

I ordered a hoodie from Cloud Nine Clothing on May 3, 2026. I had it shipped to my work address so someone would be there to sign for it. But the delivery never made it to the right place. It was supposed to come through GOFO.

After a month I still didn't get anything so I reached out to them. They told me it was my fault because I didn't add "shipping protection" to my order. I don't think I should have to buy extra insurance just to get what I paid for. The tracking still says "on its way" and GOFO even told me the package is lost. But Cloud Nine keeps blaming me.

I only lost about $100 so I guess it could have been worse. But I saw someone else with the same problem and it just feels like a scam. Their prices are already high and then they won't help you if something goes wrong.
