Bought a hoodie and they blamed me for not buying shipping protection

I ordered a hoodie from Cloud Nine Clothing on May 3, 2026. I had it shipped to my work address so someone would be there to sign for it. But the delivery never made it to the right place. It was supposed to come through GOFO.

After a month I still didn't get anything so I reached out to them. They told me it was my fault because I didn't add "shipping protection" to my order. I don't think I should have to buy extra insurance just to get what I paid for. The tracking still says "on its way" and GOFO even told me the package is lost. But Cloud Nine keeps blaming me.

I only lost about $100 so I guess it could have been worse. But I saw someone else with the same problem and it just feels like a scam. Their prices are already high and then they won't help you if something goes wrong.
