Cloudies shoes were hard as a rock and the wrong size

I bought Cloudies from Cloudies.com because they were advertised as extremely comfortable. What I got was totally different. The shoes were hard as a rock, just beyond poor quality. They were also way larger than the size chart on their website said. Basically, they aren't even wearable.

So I tried to return them. They gave me a whole song and dance about it, then told me I'd have to pay to ship them back to a foreign country. This feels like a total trap. They get you to buy them, and then the return shipping charges are so ridiculous you're just stuck with them.
