Monthly denial letters for my dead mother’s wound care claims

I keep getting these monthly reports from Clover Health saying they denied claims for wound treatment supplies from some place called Memphis DME Supply LLC. This has been happening once a month from November 2025 through March 2026.

The thing is, the claims are for care my mother supposedly got. But she passed away in June of 2022. So none of this makes any sense. I tried calling Clover Health to tell them about it but they said they couldn't talk to me about it because I don't have a Power of Attorney on file for her.

So now I just keep getting these letters for a person who has been dead for years and nobody will do anything about it.
