Ordered clothes from a TikTok ad, never got them, and they won't give a refund

I saw an ad on TikTok for CMFRT clothing with big discounts. I placed an order for $45. I got a shipping confirmation and a tracking link, but the link went to some fake website that said my package was delivered. It never showed up.

I contacted them about it. They said they would send the order again. The exact same thing happened—another fake tracking site saying it was delivered, and nothing ever came.

Now I’m asking for my money back and they just refuse. They won’t refund me at all. The email I have for them is [email protected].
