Getting constant calls about financial relief I don't need

I keep getting these calls every other day. They're always about financial relief or debt help. The thing is, I don't have any debt except my mortgage, and that's all on track. I don't need this. They call from different numbers all the time. It's just a hassle. I got a text too, pointing me to a website that was CNN.com and an email that was just [email protected]. It all feels like a scam. I just want the calls to stop.
