Mail about my mortgage after a HELOC with no clear reason

After I took out a HELOC I started getting a ton of mail from Coastal Community Bank about my mortgage. Like a bunch of letters saying I need to take immediate action.

The address they used was PO BOX 19595, Jacksonville, FL 32245. I didn't lose any money but it just felt strange getting all this mail when I didn't ask for anything from them. No one explained what the problem was.
