Voicemail saying I was preapproved for 40 thousand dollars

I got a voicemail from someone named Sarah from Coastal Lending. She said I was preapproved for up to $40,000 in unsecured funding with no credit check or collateral. Something about same-day approval because of inflation and the offer expires by the end of the day.

She left a number to call back at 1-877-966-0002. I have been looking into buying some property lately so I guess that is why they called. But this whole thing felt off to me. Pretty sure it is a scam so I did not call back.
