Email saying I approved a billing charge I never agreed to

I got an email from what looked like myself approving some billing charge. It came from [email protected] and had their website www.coastlinelg.com listed too. They are supposedly in Texas.

The email said I approved a payment for some kind of loan fee. But I never applied for anything or agreed to any billing. I didnt even know who these people were. It just didnt make any sense.

I didnt lose any money because I caught it right away. But it felt really strange getting an email that looked like it was from me. No company name was on it clearly. Just that website and email address.
