Ordered over a year ago and still missing most of my items

I backed this project over a year ago and I still haven’t gotten what I paid for. I asked for a refund at the end of last year and again at the start of this year. They just ignore my requests.

They shipped maybe 168 units out of over 3,000 backers. The updates are all over the place and not consistent at all. This feels like a huge scam. I just want my money back. I lost $676.

They are shipping them now- I too backed the product over a year ago and periodically been checking. I understood the risks, but with anything crowd sourced some measure of risk is taken. I have the same waiting period with my Phantom chessboard (that was over 2 years) but I finally received it and it is a great product!
