Survey for Harbor Freight led to a charge I didn't make

I have an account at Harbor Freight so when I got an email offering me a $9.95 Stanley tool set after a survey I figured it was legit. So I paid for it. That same night my card got charged $56.97 to some company I never heard of called codevirtuosofundamental.

I tried to dispute the charge with Chime and they denied it. I tried again with proof from ScamPulse.com showing it was a scam and they still denied it. The $9.95 went to something called statuscheckconsortiumon instead of Harbor Freight. Chime just won't give me my money back for a charge I never made.

Fraud charges on my business debit card from a website I never used

Someone used my business checking debit card to make purchases. I never bought anything from this website called CODEVIRTUOSOFUNDAMENTAL. I don't even know what that is.

I saw the charges and called my bank. They said it was flagged as suspicious. I had to close my card and wait for a new one. It's a total mess because now I can't pay for anything until the new card comes.

The website looks fake. I tried looking it up but there's no real company info anywhere. No phone number, no address, nothing. I have no idea how they got my card number.
