Handyman took my money and did not finish the job

This guy Cody Dyer said he was a handyman. I paid him $380 to do some work around the house. He came once, did a little bit, then just stopped showing up. Now he won't answer my calls.

I looked into him after and found out he doesn't have a handyman license or any insurance. So basically he just took my money and that's it. His number is (813) 509-3270 and he gave me an address at 6150 Wilshire Circle in Sarasota, FL. Just wanted to put this out there so nobody else gets ripped off.
