Pop-up ad with fake Bill Gates cost me over a thousand dollars

I was on my phone and this pop up ad came up with someone who looked like Bill Gates talking about some product called Cognihoney. Said it cures Alzheimer disease. I don't know why I clicked on it but I did.

They charged my credit card four times before I could get the bank to delete it the next business day. Total money lost was $1,200. The website they had was clip2.com/EXWdJUO and the phone number was (833) 851-5180. I never got any product or anything. Just the charges.
