Ordered adjustable glasses that came scratched and broken

I ordered some adjustable glasses from this place on Facebook. Order number 77028. Took forever to actually get them. When they finally showed up the glasses were scratched up and the cases were broken.

I emailed them asking for a full refund because the product was damaged. Sent a few emails back and forth at first. Then they just stopped answering. Nothing. No reply to anything after that.

Lost $47.99 on this. Their email is [email protected] and the phone number they used was 1(860) 460-1870. Just want my money back but they won't even talk to me now.
