Charged again after I thought I canceled my subscription

I bought the GLP-1 booster on 1/1/2026. Tried it and didn't really care for it, didn't think it worked like it said. I only got it to share with my husband but he couldn't take it because of his other meds. So I went into my account in March and canceled the future orders. It showed nothing coming up, no subscriptions. I thought I was good.

Then on 6/30/2026 they charged me $199.98 anyway. I went right back into my account and saw there was still a subscription there somehow. I never got any email saying it was coming or anything. I emailed them within minutes of the charge asking to cancel and get my money back. They said they can't cancel that order but assured me the future ones are canceled. I still have three bottles from the first order, I don't need more. I just want my money back.

Charged over $100 for a subscription I never agreed to

I bought a one time supply of their product back in March 2026. Then in June they just charged me $104.22 for a subscription I never signed up for. I contacted them and they said the one time purchase sets up automatic renewal which I didn't know about.

I told them I did not authorize that payment and wanted my money back. I contacted them at 10:30 pm on June 17. Then at 2:30 am I get an email saying the product already shipped and they can't refund me. That seems really weird because most companies don't process orders at 2 in the morning.

I asked them to cancel the subscription and refund the money. They cancelled the subscription but still refuse to give my money back.

Ordered from Instagram ad, paid $150, never got my product

I saw this product advertised on Instagram and I did some research first. The website looked real and I saw the same product selling on Amazon and other stores so I didn't think it was a scam. So I put in my personal info and paid $150 for it on May 13.

I got an order ID number CB-514465 and what looked like a tracking number. But now its been over a month and my order still isn't here. The online tracking just sits there not moving. I've contacted the company a bunch of times and all I get are automated emails. I even messaged them on Instagram and nobody did anything or gave me any info.
