Phone call saying they were Columbia Gas and asking if I was someone else

I got a call from a number, (804) 492-8423, and the person said they were from Columbia Gas. They asked if I was Carl Holman at 12106 Mckenney Hwy. I made a mistake and said "Yes" and they just hung up.

I don't even have an account with Columbia Gas. I have Amergas, and I'm actually trying to get them to come remove their tanks from my property. I tried calling that number back but nobody answered.
