Paid for a car part and service that was done wrong

I got a part and some service from Combustion Imports. I found them online. The phone number is (626) 392-3060 and the email is [email protected]. Their address is in Chino Hills, CA.

They did the work wrong. I had to take my car somewhere else to get it fixed right. It cost me five hundred dollars total.

I contacted them about a refund since they didn't do it right the first time. They refused. They just wouldn't give me my money back.
