Ordered special shoes for foot pain, got cheap fakes instead

I saw the website Comfortwear.com. They claim to sell shoes for people who stand in 12-hour shifts, made for plantar fasciitis and other foot problems. They talked about a wide toe box, perfect support arches, and soft heels. They also offered a money-back guarantee.

I ordered a pair for $168. What they sent were terrible, cheap shoes with no support. No wide toe box at all. They were just fake, counterfeit products. I tried to get my money back like their guarantee said, but they refused.

I even got my bank involved to try and reverse the charge, but it didn't work. I did everything right according to their website, and I still lost my $168.
