Charged me for pre-orders they won't refund before shipping

I ordered three things from Comfrt.com. One was in stock, the other two were pre-orders. They took the full payment for everything right away. I got the one in-stock item and it was weird and didn't fit right, totally unwearable. So I decided to cancel the rest.

I contacted them to cancel the pre-ordered items a whole month before they were even supposed to ship. They said no to a refund. The stuff hasn't left their warehouse, if it even exists. I don't know if it's been made.

They offered store credit but I don't want it. Their stuff is cheap and crappy and not worth the price. I just want my money back for the things I never got. They have it and won't give it back. I'm never buying from them again.
