Got a call about a loan I never applied for

I got a call from someone saying she was Lily Hughes from Commonwealth Credit Group. She said she was from their prequalification division. She told me I was conditionally approved for a personal loan for up to $65,000.

She said the monthly payments would be $675 and that the window was closing quickly. She said she’d hate for me to miss out. The call came from the phone number (619) 924-4001, which is in San Diego, CA. She wanted me to call back at 833-371-8520 as soon as possible. I never applied for any loan with them.
