Got a threatening text about a ticket from the Massachusetts DMV

I got a text message from a weird number, it had 63- and then the rest of the digits. The text says it's from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Vehicles, a final notice. It says I have an outstanding traffic ticket and enforcement penalties start March 6.

It lists all these things that will happen if I don't pay by March 5, 2026. They'll report me, suspend my registration, suspend my driving for 30 days, transfer to a toll booth and charge a 35% fee, and it says I may be prosecuted and my credit score will be affected. It tells me to pay now at a link: https://mass.gov-tmul.bond/dmv.

The whole thing felt off. I don't have any ticket from Massachusetts. The website link looks wrong, it's not the real mass.gov site. It's just a threatening message trying to get me to click a link.
