Letter about certificate of status form asking for money

I just incorporated with the state and got a letter in the mail. It’s from something called a business resource center. The letter says “Certificate of Status Request Form” on it.

It looks like an official government form but I don’t think it is. They want me to fill it out and send them $87.25. The deadline on it says 06.22.2026. No company name on the letter itself, just the website complytoday.online/ny and a phone number (888) 704-6416.

Felt strange right away. Not sending them anything.
