Phone call saying power would be cut off in 30 minutes

I got a call from 718-715-1506 and the guy said he was a technician from Con Edison. He told me my power was about to get disconnected in 30 minutes and asked if I was home. I said yes and he said I could stop it by calling this other number 877-219-6405.

So I called that number and a man named Robert Baker answered. He said he wanted to help and asked what I could pay to meet the minimum. I agreed to 200 dollars. He told me to go to CVS or Family Dollar or Walgreens. I went to CVS and he gave me a barcode to scan and pay. The barcode had a timestamp on it saying I had until 3:14 PM. I paid the 200.

He said it would show up on my account in an hour. It never did. The money is gone.
