Phone call about a Con Ed bill I never got

I got a call from (718) 416-6407 and they said I have a past due Con Ed bill for the 10009 zip code. I asked them what address it was for and they cut me off.

So I called the number back and the person got real confrontational when I asked for some kind of proof. Just kept saying I owed money. No company name on the caller ID really, just the number.

I didn't pay anything but it felt weird.
