Placed an order and got a fake tracking number months later

I placed an order on their website www.conjuredsista.com. Waited and waited for it. I emailed the owner at [email protected] trying to work something out even offered to do a swap out. Never heard back about the swap.

Then months later out of nowhere they sent me a tracking number in an email. I clicked on it and it was a ghost tracking number. Just nothing there. Lost $64.56. They are in FL, USA.
