Summons notice about a debt I never heard of

Got a letter saying Connors and Moore are filing a civil judgment against me in my county. It had a case number on it and said a summons was being served. To avoid civil litigation I was supposed to call 888-460-3020.

I looked up the number and it's 1(407) 674-9466. They're based out of Florida. I don't owe any debt like this. Feels like the same thing other people are getting but for Florida instead of Maryland. No money lost yet but it's scary getting something that looks like a court paper.

Voicemail about a civil judgment with a reference number I don’t recognize

I got a voicemail from someone named Jessica Ray saying she’s with Ohio State Processing Center. She said Connors and Moore wants to file a notice of intent for a civil judgment through Summit County. She gave a phone number 888-460-3020 and a reference number NB42588-0H.

She said a courier would be sent to my address if the motion gets filed. I have no idea who Connors and Moore is or what this is about. I never got any paperwork or proof of anything. Just a weird voicemail.
