Voicemail about a civil judgment from a number I don’t recognize

I got a voicemail left on my phone from someone named Mark Powell. He said he was calling on behalf of Ohio State processing. I have my calls screened so I didn't pick up, but the message was pretty long.

It said the office of Connors and Moore requested to file a notice of intent for a civil judgment through Van Wert County. Then they said once the motion is filed a courier gets sent out to either my job or some address on route something. They gave a number to call at 888-460-3020 and a reference number N B 42324.

I have no idea what this is about. I don't owe anything like that and nobody has contacted me before this. It just felt strange getting a voicemail about a judgment out of nowhere with no real proof or anything.
