Ordered a gray sling bag but got a cheap light blue knock off

I ordered an Obscura 5L sling bag in gray slate off their website. The picture showed the right color and everything. What I got was a cheap knock off in light blue. Not even close. I paid $38.

I tried emailing [email protected] but no reply. The address on the site is 14438 Alamon Blvd, Gardena, CA 90248. I don’t know if that’s even real. The bag is not what they advertised at all. Just a waste of money.
