Hired to build a wheelchair ramp and they took our money

We hired Construction Kings back in May 2025 to build a deck and wheelchair ramp and deck cover and cement patio and pathway and an ada accessible door. This was for my brother in law Travis Gunderson, me and my husband Todd Gunderson are his legal guardians. We gave them a 50,000 deposit from my brother in laws trust fund for the whole project.

They started framing the deck in February 2026 and then just quit working in March 2026. We are still missing over 25,000 in materials that we paid for. Paid Construction Kings over $26,000 and they never started the work

I signed a contract with Construction Kings to install a patio cover on my house. It was supposed to have shingles and an electric package, for $52,742.00. I gave them a cashier's check for half, which was $26,371.00.

They never even started the install. I tried calling the number I had, (253) 263-3384, but no one ever called back. It seems like the number might be disconnected now.

The address I have for them is 2913 142nd Ave East suite 103 in Sumner, WA. I paid all that money and got nothing.
