Call claiming someone opened an account in Missouri with my Social Security number

Got a call from a New York number, 929-605-0156, saying someone opened an account in Missouri with my info. They had everything—my full name, Social Security number, even my Visa card balances. They kept calling back from two other numbers too.

They told me both Visa companies were illegally overcharging me interest and that I didn't need to pay my balances because they were gonna sue for all the interest. But they wanted $22,000 up front charged to those same cards. Also said not to contact my card companies at all.

Really worried they had all my personal info. They gave me a number for a "legal department" too, 480-866-8562. The main number was Consumer Credit Card Services.
