Getting calls about a personal line of credit I never asked for

I keep getting these calls. They leave a voicemail from someone named Mario Collins with the "consumer credit department." The message says it's about missing steps for my personal line of credit inquiry.

I never asked anyone for anything related to a personal line of credit. I don't know who these people are or where they're calling from, they just use different phone numbers every time. One number they gave to call back was 866-959-1689.

I just want the calls to stop.
