Paid $1 to convert a file and got charged for a two-year subscription

I just wanted to convert a file and it said pay $1 so I did. Now I find out they enrolled me into some kind of 2-year subscription thing without telling me. There was no info about a subscription or account setup or anything.

I only lost $49.95 but it’s the principle. They took my payment info from that $1 thing and just started charging me. I didn’t sign up for anything else. I called the number (859) 351-5401 and emailed [email protected] but nobody is helping. The website is convert2.info. Feels like identity theft honestly.
