Ordered an item, sent it back, and never got my refund

I ordered something from coollight.shop. Their website said there was a 30-day money back guarantee. I sent the item back within that time, but I never got my refund.

I’ve tried to get in touch with them so many times. I emailed [email protected] over and over. They just don’t respond back at all. I have pages of messages showing how many times I tried. It’s been completely silent.

I paid $36.98. I have the guarantee and I returned it on time, but they have my money and the item. It doesn’t make any sense.
