Ordered R32 refrigerant from their site and never got it

I ordered a product from their website, it was R32 Refrigerant – 28.2 oz (1.8 lb) Can – Self-Sealing Valve. It said ships same day or within 24 hours. I paid $119.

It never showed up. I tried to email them at [email protected] but the email doesn't even work. There's no way to reach out to them. Their address says KY, USA but I don't know if that's real. Just wasted my money.
