Someone left a Spanish door hanger asking me to call about my mortgage

Someone came to my door and left a yellow door hanger written in Spanish. It told me to call Cooper and provide my account number. The phone number was 800-509-0330. Cooper is a reference to our mortgage company, so they probably got our info from public records.

The guy was recording everything about our door camera with his phone. He never rang the bell. He made a full recording before he even hung the tag on the door. I looked it up and the business tracks to a location in Massachusetts. They only speak Spanish. It feels like they're just trying to get us to pay them money.
