Ordered sweaters, never got them, no refund either

I ordered four sweaters back in December 2025 from Corallena. After a while, I started asking about my delivery. They sent me an email saying my items had been delivered, but they hadn't. So they said they would re-ship everything.

Unfortunately, there was no proof of delivery either time. Both times. I still haven't gotten my sweaters. I also haven't received the refund they promised me.
