Paid for a Bobcat mini excavator online and nothing ever showed up

I bought a 2023 Bobcat R50 mini excavator from a guy named Dave through his website coreforcemachinerygroup.com. We agreed on $39,700 total, that included $1600 for delivery to my business in Arkansas. I wired the money.

Then Bank of America called me saying they suspected fraud on the wire transfer. So I asked them to reverse it and I filed reports with IC3 and the FTC. The machine was never delivered. I don't know if I'm ever getting that money back. I know I'm not the only one this happened to.
